There will be a full range of section sizes available, with each one featuring a rural outlook. The majority of proposed larger sections will be between 2,500m2 and 4,000m2, with some between 0.5 to one hectare. Smaller sections are proposed at a minimum of 500m2, up to approximately 1,100m2. The specific sizes and numbers of sections will be determined at a later date dependent on council directions and market demand.
